Garlic

Peppermint

Compounds called flavonoids in the dandelion’s leaves and roots may be used to help with high blood pressure, premenstrual symptoms and digestion.

Rosemary

Rosemary, meaning 'sea dew' in Latin, can be used to help alleviate muscle pain, improve memory and boost the immune and circulatory systems. Laboratory studies have shown rosemary to be a rich source of iron, calcium, and dietary fiber and is loaded with antioxidants, which play an important role in neutralizing harmful particles called free radicals.

Neem

Neem, a tree native to India, is regarded as a 'one tree pharmacy' with several medicinal uses and is an integral part of home remedies for the hair and skin. Its oil relieves dry skin and soothes itchy, red, irritated skin. It helps treat fungal infections, lice, dry scalp, dandruff, gingivitis and skin disorders. Neem also has the ability to improve overall skin health by fighting the bacteria that causes pimples and acne.

Parsley

Parsley’s name is derived from the Greek word meaning 'rock celery', which could explain why it’s the most popular herb in the world. It has one of the highest levels of chlorophyll, which can help boost immunity, lower inflammation and clear toxins. Parsley contains two types of components that provide unique health benefits; volatile oils and flavonoids. The oils can help neutralize particular types of carcinogens while flavonoids have been shown to function as antioxidants.

Rose

Rose petals have been traditionally used as a nerve and muscle relaxant, body coolant, and for gastrointestinal problems.
